How billing works
The balance is kept in US dollars; the dashboard can show amounts in roubles at the service rate of 92 ₽ per $1. The rate is shown in the dashboard and may differ from your bank's.
Charges are applied once a minute and only for minutes the channel is live. Pause or end the stream and the charging stops.
You choose the number of viewers or bots, the duration and the ramp mode before the campaign starts; the total is shown before launch.
Examples
50 viewers × 3 hours = $1.00 ≈ 92 ₽
200 viewers × 4 hours = $5.33 ≈ 491 ₽
5 chat bots × 2 hours = $0.70 ≈ 64 ₽
Top-up
Minimum top-up: 150 ₽ by bank card or instant bank transfer, $10 by cryptocurrency.
Your first top-up gets a 50% bonus (up to $40.00) — spendable on the service only.
Any unspent balance can be refunded under the Refund Policy.
